Rule 9
Documents to be submitted by the candidate with the nomination paper
When submitting the nomination paper according to section 20 of the Act, the candidate should submit the following documents along with the nomination paper:-
(a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate or voter ID card,
(b) Nissa whose name is included in the electoral roll of the rural municipality or municipality within the respective province (c) Receipt or voucher for deposit of bond as per section 70 of the Act (d) In the case of party candidates, a formal letter as per sub-section (4) of section 18 of the Act.
